Accomplished ocean explorer and underwater photographer. Jorge founded a major liveaboard and ocean safari operation where he also envisioned & designed one of the top liveaboard vessels in the world. Producer of the documentary México Pelágico, and the first person to successfully run open ocean expeditions in the search of the elusive transient orcas of Baja. A two-time speaker at TEDx, Jorge is passionate about everything wildlife, underwater photography, freediving, adventure bikes and flying. His favorite thing about Baja is the wide array of marine mega-fauna found all around the peninsula.

Former European Director of the Mexico Tourism Board for over 13 years. London-based, Manuel is a very well respected authority on the subjects of travel and tourism. His passion for adventure and the seas has helped to shape his desire to protect the environment and to promote tourism in a sustainable way. As the creator of Mexico Chic, a luxury travel book, Manuel is very well versed in luxury travel and living well. Some of his favorite things about the Peninsula are the terrain, the Sea of Cortez and the abundance of wildlife.
